We intend to use submitted information to review requests, communicate with you, and discuss possible tree-planting arrangements. Submissions are stored in the site's configured database. Site hosting and ordinary server logs may involve technical information such as IP addresses.
Sharing and retention
Information may need to be shared with providers involved in operating the website or, where appropriately arranged, with those helping plan a requested project. We do not describe submitted inquiries as public planting pledges.
