Good questions grow better plans.
Here is what to expect before submitting a tree-planting inquiry.
Does submitting a request mean a tree has been planted?
No. It starts an inquiry. A planting location, species, schedule, costs (if any), and responsibilities must be agreed before a project can be confirmed.
How much does it cost?
There is no automated purchase or published fixed price on this website. Any cost or participation arrangement depends on the proposed project and will be discussed before you commit.
Can I request a tree in someone's honor or memory?
Yes. You can include the occasion and an optional dedication in your request. Whether and how a dedication can be incorporated depends on the agreed project.
Where can a tree be planted?
Available sites and regions are not guaranteed. Planting requires permission, suitable environmental conditions, local partners or arrangements, and a plan for care. Share your proposed region and we'll review it.
Which tree species are available?
We do not publish live tree inventory. The right species depends on the site. See our tree types guide for examples and factors to consider.
Will I receive a photo, certificate, or planting report?
Documentation should be discussed for each confirmed project. We do not automatically promise certificates, photos, survival guarantees, or ongoing tracking from a form submission.
Can a business or dealership partner with PlantsaTree?
Yes. We welcome proposals from businesses, dealerships, schools, and local organizations. Visit partnerships to explore possible approaches.
